Senior Database Administrators
| Review and approve the administration, testing, and implementation of databases. Coordinate the monitoring of the system health and performance, to ensure high level of availability, and database security. Review and approve the scheduled database tasks including: Jobs, Alerts, Emails, and Notifications. Coordinate design systems with high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery features of SQL Server such as Windows Failover Cluster Services and AlwaysOn Availability Groups as per RPO and RTO requirements. Guide configuration troubleshooting using PowerShell and T-SQL scripts to monitor disk space, CPU active, Index fragmentation, database integrity check, update statistics, index maintenance for very large databases (VLDB). Utilize SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, shell scripting, T-SQL, PowerShell, SCOM, Oracle and MYSQL. Will work in unanticipated locations.
